This is a no shame and no blame approach, in which you become the expert on your child and their behavior. Whether your child’s behavior is due to trauma, temperament or personality, mood disorder/anxiety or just a sensitive nervous system, all behaviors can be
understood using relational neuroscience. You may not know why your child has a vulnerable nervous system and that’s ok. You will gain this understanding and also become equipped with interventions, tools, and techniques that actually work.
